About Us

About the Foundation

The Prince George’s County Police Foundation, Inc. is a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting the Prince George’s County Police Department and strengthening its connection with the community it serves.

While public funding provides for essential operations—such as staffing, equipment, and infrastructure—the Foundation focuses on what goes beyond: the programs, experiences, and relationships that build trust and create lasting impact.

We work to:

  • Support community engagement initiatives
  • Fund youth and outreach programs
  • Enhance training and resources for County Police Officers
  • Foster positive, meaningful connections between County Police Officers and residents

At our core, we believe a strong community and a strong County Police Department go hand in hand.

Mission Statement

Our mission is to strengthen the partnership between the County Police Department and the community by funding programs, initiatives, and experiences that build trust, connection, and long-term impact.

We aim to create a community where residents feel safe, supported, and engaged—and where County Police Officers are are empowered with the resources they need to serve effectively.

Leadership

Our board provides guidance, oversight, and a shared commitment to the Foundation’s mission.
